I'm getting used to the Modern interface and wondering why my total/session total is blank. I figure it's because I don't have a setting checked or something!
I do have 3 vouchers entered, so this is not the start of a session.
This is what we received from support when we had this issue: (our IT was able to use the information in this reply to hopefully fix our issues). It seems to have helped, but we haven't paid many vendors since we did the "fix".
